Collecting?? Empty Collecting??

Well people, tell me how to collect MOH/RC with collector, how to upgrade collector, etc.
1st of all if i collect in a collecting area, it just keep standing on a full bar, doing nothing (losing time & battery)
2nd how to upgrade? using moonstone of collector doesn't work at all (always fail)


answer me asap please.
